These terms govern your use of BetaCloud, provided by Beta Codes.

The service

BetaCloud is software that turns infrastructure you own or operate into a self-service cloud. Your order form sets out which editions and services you receive.

Accounts

You are responsible for the accounts in your organisation and for keeping their credentials secure.

Acceptable use

Do not use BetaCloud to break the law, to attack other systems, or to get around its tenant isolation or quotas.

Fees

Fees, billing periods and payment terms are set out in your order form.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, each party's liability is limited as set out in your agreement with Beta Codes.

Changes

We may update these terms. We will tell you about material changes before they take effect.
